Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 3 days from the day of your delivery. If 3 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased on final discount
  • Personalized items (unless there is a defect or error on our part)

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must include proof of purchase, including images and videos of the original product and packaging.

How to return an item:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
  2. Pack your item securely in the original packaging, if possible.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided on the return label.
  4. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs if you choose not to use our return label.
  5. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  6. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 2 weeks.

Exchange Policy

Our exchange policy also lasts 3 days from the day of your delivery. We will replace items free of charge if they are defective or damaged.  Exchanges are not available for free items.

Items eligible for exchange:

  • Items that are defective or damaged

How to exchange an item:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate an exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your defective or damaged item.
  2. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a replacement item.

Exchange fees:

  • Exchanges on grounds other than defects/damage are chargeable at INR 150 for envelope boxes and INR 300 for small, medium, and large boxes to cover restocking and one-way shipping charges.
  • In this case, we will provide you with a one-time discount code after deducting the exchange charges. You can then use this code to purchase the desired replacement item on our website.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel your order at our sole discretion for reasons such as:

  • Limitation on quantity available for purchase
  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Issues identified by our fraud prevention department
  • Any other reason KuuShow deems necessary

We will notify you if your order is canceled and will provide a full refund if payment has already been made.

Cancellation by Customer

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Registered customers can track their order status and initiate a cancellation request through the "Track Order" section on our website.

Once a cancellation request is received, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account using the original payment method.

Please Note:

  • If the payment amount has been deducted from your account but the transaction failed and the amount was not received in our account, we will refund the amount to your account as soon as possible.
