Free Shipping
We are happy to offer free shipping to our customers located anywhere in India!
Order Processing
We typically ship our orders within 3 business days of receiving them.
Delivery Times
Once your order is shipped, you can expect to receive it within 3-5 business days.
Shipping Carrier
We use Shiprocket, a reliable courier service provider, to deliver your orders.
Prepaid Orders and Alternative Couriers
In the unlikely event that Shiprocket doesn't offer service to your specific area for prepaid orders, we will use a reputable alternative courier company to ensure your order gets delivered.
Order Tracking
You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order ships. This allows you to track the progress of your delivery.
Delayed Orders
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays due to factors like weather, holidays, or customs inspections. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exact shipping times in these situations.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer cash on delivery (COD) as a payment option. However, please note that our courier partners may not offer COD service in all pincodes. We reserve the right to cancel your order if COD is not available in your area.
A fee of INR 100 applies to all COD orders to cover the additional costs associated with this payment method.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not fulfill orders for shipping addresses outside of India. We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed with international shipping addresses.
Important Shipping Information
Undeliverable Packages
We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We take steps to avoid such errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation email sent immediately after purchase. However, if a package is returned due to an error in the provided information, the customer will be responsible for any invoiced costs associated with reshipping the package.
International Taxes and Duties
Please note that KuuShow is not responsible for destination country taxes and/or duty charges that may be incurred. Customers are fully responsible for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected by the destination country before placing an order. We cannot be held accountable for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
Abandoned Packages
If your order arrives at your pincode and:
- The customer refuses to accept the package
- No attempt is made to deliver the package at your pincode
KuuShow reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
Personalized Items
Order Processing: Orders containing personalized items will only be processed once full payment is received. This includes orders that also include non-personalized items.
Shipping: Shipping times for personalized items may vary depending on the product and customization. Please refer to the product description for estimated shipping times.
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate personalization details when placing an order. KuuShow is not responsible for errors or typos in the personalization provided by the customer.
